Is there a way to do call accounting on a CICS via a CTA and run software on a desktop? I thought I had seen a program called tele-series or something? If so what software versions is it compatible with and where can I buy it?
Turns out dti card was dropping random calls, not just the third call. Power reset norstar, disabled and then re-enabled dti card. Works fine now.
next time step 1 in troubleshooting- power reset. Who would have thought?

1352 is a DID and 23 channels are available on the PRI.Some how I need to let 1352, when busy hunt to another port to be picked up by the IVR. Any Ideas?
Ivr answers calls on 1352. calls 1&2 get answered and then 3rd gets busy. Do I modify hunts groups or do I set up a dn to get overflow calls and then forward to ivr dn's?
