We are not implementing SP2 for the Windows Professional Operating System. But we have implemented it for Office 2003. Also, if I may add, these errors pop-up erratically, perhaps 3-4 times a week.

Yes I have setup NAT, and I do have a static IP Address on the internal (local) nic card. DHCP is configured to point to hte LAN NIC as the gateway and for DNS.
