Outlook 2003 - Meeting Request Errors

Good Morning -

I have a user who when she receives a meeting requests, on behalf of her manager, and goes to accept it, she receives an error message stating "The Operation Failed - Please Try again" She has "ownership" rights to view his INBOX, CONTACTS, and CALENDAR. I've rechecked these permissions constantly, and Microsoft's very bland and general about this error message.I, also have reinstalled Office 2X

have you tried updating to sp2 on both xp off2k3 ?

We are not implementing SP2 for the Windows Professional Operating System. But we have implemented it for Office 2003. Also, if I may add, these errors pop-up erratically, perhaps 3-4 times a week.
