On the GoldMine Install CD there is an installer for the stored procedures. I can't remember how they refer to it. I think they called it Business Logic.

When you say set up everyone using Internet email do you mean that you are doing this with Exchange or do you mean with an ISP hosted POP3 mailboxes? Thanks

I gather from your research that you were unable to find a simpler way to eliminate the "on behalf of". I suspected as much because the client has made a lot of noise hoping the people who set up the exchange server could change this and nothing has happened for weeks.
