How do you sort address book by last name??
On the Blackberry the address book shows up sorted by first name. I want to sort them by last name. I have played with the settings in Outlook but that didn't work. I can't find anything in the Blackberry desktop manager either. Thanks.- Svenster

Outlook blocking everything
Zip the .exe or change the extension to something other than .exe .bat etc...- Svenster

Word - Toolbars gone walkies
I had the same problem and this worked like a champ. From the run command enter "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Winword.exe" /a This restores all default toolbars.- Svenster

Importing email
The .pst file includes inbox, calendar, tasks, contacts, journal etc... Everything you need is in this folder. Just import it and all is good.- Svenster
