Word - Toolbars gone walkies 2

We have another case of the magical user. We have one that has 'lost' all of her toolbars. When word runs you get the rulers and status bar and that is it. I have tried deleteing all instances of Normal.DOT but to no avail.

Any ideas?

Select View, Toolbars, then the toolbars wanted or alternately right-mouse button on the Menu bar.

I had the same problem and this worked like a champ. From the run command enter "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Winword.exe" /a This restores all default toolbars.
