Thanks for the reply, and I'll check the link out as soon as possible. Our shift times coupled with day off rotations are set up each year for the entire year and at that time employees are assigned to a shift rotation that way employees can plan days off and vacations accordingly. We have...
Thank you for setting me straight here. The spreadsheet has columns laid out in the following manner:
Date M1 M2 M3
1-1-11 12-8a 12-8a 7-7a
1-2-11 OFF 12-8a 11-7a
Fairly straight-forward except for some of our 12 hour shifts where every pay period employees...
I am at the beginning stages of a project which ultimately will be a scheduling database for employees. I am looking for a way to automatically create tables from one table. I would like to create seperate new tables containing data and named for each column in the original table. For example...
BCM 400 question on logging incoming calls. Is there a way to access a call log or something of that nature without having the phone system connected to the network? I need to find out what outside number called a specific line on our system at a specific time. Any help is appreciated.
Iam setting up a form that will open a report based on a query. I would like to set up a filter on the report using a list box to select one item from the list and then use date range criteria that the user will enter. For example, a report on customers who bought a certain product during a...
I dont know access or any other database type program very well. I've got a very simple table with corresponding form. On the form I have a text box that displays the current logged in user. This text box is populated using a function. How do I get the user id info that is populated in the text...
Well I've finally got as far as pressing feature,*,*,266344 and nothing happens - no password request. I am using a T316E telephone. Any ideas (aside from hiring someone with a little more experience to work on this)??
when you say "copy" do I do this through call pilot or through the keys on the phone? I looked through the call pilot options and cant find where one would do this.
Thanks for your help.
Thanks. The extension came up as prescribed. My next dilemma is how to tag or name it and get the feature buttons set up like the other phones - call forward, park, etc.). Is there a quick way to copy the setup from another extension and then name the extension? I'm clueless here.
I am a Network Admin that has been tasked with "learning" our BCM 400. I am able to log in to call pilot, etc. via the browser. I need to add a phone/new extension to a new office. Im not sure where to start. Any help is much appreciated.
We have an issue with internal users sending and forwarding spam email. We have internal policies in place but would like to prevent them from doing this. Is there a way to limit who people can see in the address book, or how many people can send an adress to?
We currently have a SQl 2000 database installed on a 2k member server. We are using 2000 pro boxes installed in seperate domain as workstations and an access 97 front end to connect. When we login as administrator we can connect fine, all tables link and they use the connection type specified...
We had this very issue and found that the server was on a 100 MB switch and the users connection was on a 10 MB node. After configuring the users pc to match the speed of the server all was well.
