when you say "copy" do I do this through call pilot or through the keys on the phone? I looked through the call pilot options and cant find where one would do this. Thanks for your help.

Thanks. The extension came up as prescribed. My next dilemma is how to tag or name it and get the feature buttons set up like the other phones - call forward, park, etc.). Is there a quick way to copy the setup from another extension and then name the extension? I'm clueless here.

We currently have a SQl 2000 database installed on a 2k member server. We are using 2000 pro boxes installed in seperate domain as workstations and an access 97 front end to connect. When we login as administrator we can connect fine, all tables link and they use the connection type specified...

We had this very issue and found that the server was on a 100 MB switch and the users connection was on a 10 MB node. After configuring the users pc to match the speed of the server all was well.

We are using Novonyx and have the same issue. Have you resolved it?
