Crashing when sending!

I have a user that has a 5.5 user.db but is on a 6 Domain and PO. Whenever they go to send mail their PC crashes, this also happened when the user was on a 5.5 Domain and PO. I have reinstalled the 5.5 client on the PC and ran all the GWChecks on the acccount that I can but still no joy. She is using Msg4.db to send and I now wish to run checks on this db in the hope that it will fix her problem! Can anyone tell me what checks I should be running on this db or does anyone have any other advice?

We had this very issue and found that the server was on a 100 MB switch and the users connection was on a 10 MB node. After configuring the users pc to match the speed of the server all was well.
