    So we have a document library, and when an admin or contributor goes to the site one document title shows up, but when a read only user goes, a different title shows up. Any ideas on why that would be happening, and how to fix it? We can't move users away from read only access.

    Hello, As long as you are using SQL to hold the data then SQL should be the only thing you have to worry about since Sharepoint is just a front-end. 150k should be no problem.

    Is it possible to highlight a list item based on criteria? I have a sharepoint help-desk, and I would like to have any item in my task list older than 'x' amount of days turn red-or whatever. Is this possible without exporting to SQL or Access?
