Our problems sound the same, but I still can't find a solution. My problems is, I built a macro in Outlook 2000 so it can create an e-mail, via a template file I created which has an HTML body format (I saved the file with a .msg extension), the macro basically populates the To: and Subject...- theepino

Outlook 2002 Mail Merge Problem - Missing Hyperlinks
Are you running Windows XP by any chance? I have a similar problem, my problem is detailed in the thread Outlook 2000 vs Windows XP. Basically, when a use a template with an HTML body format, the bofy does not appear once I save the message or try to send it for that matter.- theepino
