    Are there specific ethernet switches and routers to provide QoS for these phones? In the past, I had bought a Nortel Contivity 221 router to provide QoS for an IP2004 phone, and after many hours of Nortel tech support, they told me it would not support QoS for Nortel IP phones running H323.

    What VoIP protcol does the new BCM 4.0 use for the new 1100 series IP phones? I beleive previous BCM versions used H.323 for IP2000 series phones.

    Limit # of calls to a specific DID in a BCM 400 ACD group?

    Does anyone know how to limit the # of calls to a specific DID on a PRI? Customer is worried that calls to one DID will use most of the lines on the PRI. The DID will be ringing into an ACD group. I did not find any way to do it with overflow or routing rules in the call center programming...

    Caller ID with Night Ring

    Analog lines need 1 1/2 rings to wait for caller ID info. I have night ring set up to answer calls at night immediately, so i am missing the caller ID. But I heve a call accounting system and want to get the caller ID. Any way around this? some way to make the system answer in 2 rings instead...

    Flash MBox problem

    I've seen this before where the mbx was full. I had to delete saved messages before it would allow access to the new ones. Or you could create a dummy mailbox, forward the saved msgs to it, then delete. Then forward them back to your original box when you have fixed the problem.
