Modular ICS power fail loses programming

Our MICS lost power over the weekend and lost all of it's programming. I understand there is one, or two batteries on this unit. Can they be replaced? Is it difficult? I suppose I will lose all of my programming again if I replace the battery. I understand there is a FASTRAD unit that you can...

That really messed things up.... I called the number and it rang the prime line button, not the button it appears on and the phone rang constantly with no pause. The AA still answered the phone.

Flash AA answering Trunk that is set to Ans:N

This morning I set all of the lines to ANS: N and the main line stopeed being picked up, BUT the suspect line STILL answered. Maybe I have a defective Flash unit? To answer Norstarguy, none of the lines have a prime set assigned.

Flash AA answering Trunk that is set to Ans:N

Used the hunt group to make it easier to add members to answer the line. The simple help desk setup. When I disconnected the line from the incomming trunks and called it, it did not answer, forward or anything, just ring no answer.

Flash AA answering Trunk that is set to Ans:N

Hawks, I will have to wait until tomorrow morning to test this. The office is open now and cannot mess with the system while we are open. I will try this in the morning. jaxuser, the short ring on the set appears to be caused by the AA answering the line. When I call the hunt group numer itself...

Flash AA answering Trunk that is set to Ans:N

I tried both of your suggestions. That did not work either. The set did ring when I turned Ans Lines to N, but when I turned it back on the AA picked up the call. The line was set to Ans N in F983. Thanks for you help. Will try something else. Maybe the trunk itself has forward all calls set to...

Flash AA answering Trunk that is set to Ans:N

FYI. When I was rebooting the Flash box Friday, I tried to call the phone number and it rang to the hunt group with no problem. It is just the AA that is getting in the way.

Flash AA answering Trunk that is set to Ans:N

I have the trunk programed in the hunt group in Line Assignment. Is that the wrong spot for what I am trying to do? I could not find anywhere else to assign the trunk to the hunt group.

Flash AA answering Trunk that is set to Ans:N

Yes. The AA answers and will allow me to dial extensions. When I dial 707 it goes to the hunt group and rings the desk phone. I can answer the call there or let it go to VM after that and i goes to the correct mail box.
