can you dial from extension on site a to extention on site b ok? its just the dial from on site to the other site VM thats failing. if so sounds like you need to do a translation on the outgoing call to the VM so that it doesn't match the return dial peer on the other site router. HTH

sounds like your dns is not configured correctly for the gateway name. check that the name of the gateway and its domain are the same as in the call manager and also check that there is a dns entry for it in the DNS server
