Thank you so much, Buckweet!
After 2 days of close monitoring, I could see the interface bouncing really happened at night. You probably right, it is physical layer's problem, something must be happened during the night. I'll check with my Telco and let you know the result.
:) :)
Thanks BuckWeet.
The funny thing is it never bounces during the day. Instead it always bounces druing the night. DO you think there is anything to do with the cofiguration.
I use rip and BGP.
:) :)
I have Cisco 7204, with T3 serial interface and 2 FastEthernet Interfaces.
Recently, my T3 interface is bouncing up and down every night for about 1 hour or 2. Does anyone can help me with some clues why that happened and how to fix it? thanks!

Hi all:
I always find problem with my Internet Explorer 6. For example if I open Yahoo.com, then if I want to close, I can't, but I can minimize it. So in this case I minimize and maximize and repeat the actions for 6,7 times, then finally I am able to close it. Do you guys know why, and how...
Hi, there:
I have very strange problem in my XP. First of all I'd say I don't have any Virus in my system, at least Norton never tells me.

Hi, bkesting:
Thanks for your quick reponse!
Sorry to bother you again, I did find I can easily setup port trunk via "feature trunk portAdd". But according to 3com superstack II guide book, this port trunk concept is kind of different than Cisco vlan trunking. In 3com port...
I tried to configure VLAN Trunking port as you instructed, but when I telnet to switch, there's no option I can use to run "feature trunk portAdd" command, any idea?
Thanks!
:) :)
Hi, bkesting:
Thanks for your help!
Actually I'd like to ask you: if there's one trunking port from Catalyst 3550 connecting (output to)to 3com switch in Layer 2 level, do you think 3com superstack III switch can handle that? How can I configure it?
Thanks a lot!
:) :)
Just want to make it clear:
my cisco 2620 has two ethernet interfaces, one 0/0 connects to 3com switch, the other 0/1 connect to 1912 trunking port B :) :)
Hi, all:
My ISP offers me a 100 Base Ethernet Extension Circuit, they dropped a Catalyst 1912 as their D-Mark Switch, my Cisco 2620 is connect to Trunking port B of this D-Mark Switch, 2620 connect to a 3com switch which connect to my multicast server. Now my multicast server is feeding the...
My switch Superstack II 3300 and Superstack III 4400, I can't find anyway to config Trunk Port for VLAN. I'm going to use a Catalyst 3550 to connect superstack, there'll be a trunking port from Catalyst to 3com Switch. So thta's why I want to config a trunk port in Superstack.
Thanks for your help
