    There was a problem with the MICS 5.0 S/w with ring back tone on PRI using IN2 ,DMS100,DMS 250. The release that has the problem was version SP30BKG00,or if you have XC it will be SP30BHG00 if its USA,or sp30BJG00 if its XC CA.You will need to use higher s/w version or if you want to use XC 5.0...

    To do that you must have either a COBOM card or an EM card for the touch tone receiver,without that you will not receive any dial tone when you have the line programmed with auto answer.

    6.0 xc to 6.1 xc upgrade

    You cant upgrade from USA to CDA or vise versa you will loose the programming,However all feature are the same .
