    When ever a caller hangs up during the out going call pilot message, the Compact CIC does not release the POTS lines. Is there anything that I can do, so we do not have a minute or so of dead air to listen to. Thanks in advance

    Nortel CICs 7.0 gounding

    xm radio roady for moh

    you can splice the cable going from the overhead paging unit from the xm radio. Splice a new wire from that connection to the MOH port. Make the splice before the paging unit, have not had any problems other than having a beanie or tape splice in plain view of the xm radio.

    So why can extension 11 through 24 have no ring programmed, yet Caller ID appears on the telephone sets. All extensions are set up the same except for extension 10, which rings immediatly. thanks
