caller id problem at a specific extension 1

We have a Partner r3 with partner mail VS. All telephone sets are 18 button displays. Caller ID comes through on all extensions except extension #14. The only time extension #14 gets caller id info is when another extension transfer the call to extension #14. Any suggestions on how to get extension #14 to display caller id.

Make Ext. 14 have Immediate Ring?

So why can extension 11 through 24 have no ring programmed, yet Caller ID appears on the telephone sets. All extensions are set up the same except for extension 10, which rings immediatly.
