Hi, changing MTU to 1400 using DrTCP sorted the problem. It must be something on the wireless gateway as I connected my laptop to there network and I had the same problem too. When I connected back to my wireless network it was fine. thanks for your help. Regards, Mike

Hi, Most backup products do not perform any level of database consistency before backing up, therefore they will backup a corrupted db. What can be done with an exchange 5.5 db to check this and highlight corruption??. What advantages are there with exchange 2000 and 2003?. thanks Mike
