Outlook express - disable recipient from seeing dist list

Hello,

I am compiling a business html email letter to around 500 recipients using Outlook Express.

I want to send the email now but I don't want each recipient to be able to see the full distribution list in the email they get.

Obviously I dont want to compile 500 individual emails as this will be a nightmare.

Any ideas/help?.

This is exactly what BCC is for. Put your distribution list in the BCC field, instead of the TO field.

To look really professional, create one more contact in your address book with some friendly name such as 'business mail recipients' that has your own e-mail address. Put this address in the TO field so that the mail appears sent to 'business mail recipients' (or whatever is a good name for your list).
