Hi,
I have a similar problem but ended up setting up a formula that returns a message in report footer if a running total count of records is zero for example:
'**** Nothing to report today ****'
At least then you know the report has run every day.

Using CR v10 I create a stacked bar chart showing numbers of patients on y axis by priority and months waiting on x-axis. When I change the axis to numeric from ordinal the height of my bars drop and they don't reflect the true totals. Is it not possible to have a stacked bar-chart with numeric...
I had a similar problem returning dates and numbers in a default format when run via CE. The way round it was to use CStr function which specifies the desired output format.
For example to get the year 2004 from date :
cstr({tci_date},"yyyy") returns 2004 and not 2004.00 which was produced...
I have the same problem.
It was fine in version 8.5 but in version 10 my Memo fields are cut to first two characters.
I use the same ODBC for both versions with different results. ODBC uses Oracle driver.
I connect to an oracle database via ODBC.
I have updgraded from Crystal 8.5 to version 10
My Oracle Long fields, shown as Memo fields in Crystal now only show the first two characters. In v 8.5 the whole field was displayed.
Can anyone help and tell me why?
Thanks,

Try logging on as the NT use (probably administrator) you were logged in as when installing CE10. Had the same problem, then logged in as NT administrator user and was able to set up new enterprise users.
I've installed Crystal Enterprise v10 but I get the following error when clicking on the Crystal enterprise web desktop from the User launchpad.
Microsoft JScript runtime error '0x800A01B6'
Object doesn't support this property or method
line: 3325
The report directory client works and I can...
Had a similar problem installing Crystal Enterprise 10. Only got round it by logging in with the NT Administrator password for the domain as this was the NT user logged on when installing. Then set up new users in the Enterprise Administrators group from the CMC.
