I´ve been trying to find som documentation on how to interpret cdr records (Meridian) but I haven´t been very successful. Is there anyone who can give med some directions on where to look please.
I´m interested in the most common details, not too advanced.
Thank you GHTROUT very much for your help! I will have to ask the owner of the system if it´s ok for me to do this. In the future perhaps many different people would like to block for incoming external calls and finally we will have a IDC table so long so it´s "impossible" to interpret it. So I...

Earlier we used M3820 as ACD-agents, but now we´ve got M3904 instead. On a M3820 there was no problem to cfw calls on the agents private dn, we used key 8. But now we can´t use cfw on the agents private dn, key 3. Any suggestions please? Release: 25.40
I can´t log on to my acd-agent, M3904 unless I lift the handset. Is there anyone who knows if I can log in without lifting the handset. It´s not HOML because once I´ve logged in I can put the handset in the cradle and I´m still logged in.
There´s a lot of posts about GHT and PLDN in this forum. When you assign a Pilot DN to a Group Hunt List you can decide the amount of calls to be queued, All, 1 or 0, but no one has mentioned ACTM. If you set MQUE = ACTM the queue equals the number of entries in your GHT, created in ld 18.
