Not that it helps - but I have similar problem. Am automatically sending email from a db and this message is very annoying! I hope someone has an answer!!
It's a server based rule, created from the mailbox.
Basic rule is as follows:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
with ACCESS-REQUEST-FORM in the subject
Have server reply using Account Request Form
and move it to the ARF's folder
Exchange 2000 server.
