    I am pretty sure they are hot swapable but if its in production, make sure you are prepared for the switch to go down ( After Hours). I installed ours but they are in production so I can't check to be 100%

    One other thing is if you are using a classless protocol like eigrp or ospf you don't need the command. You do need it using ripv1. Its there by default after ios 12.1 or 2.

    I have taken the cw bootcamp from global and found it not to be informative. The went over all the things cw can do but not how to do them, I have learned more by trial and error.

    Go to Device Manager and Administration, package support updater and download all the latest packages for ciscos website. Make sure you have install all the latest IDU's.
