    it is fully up to date, but that didnt work :( i cant remember what build version of service pack 2 that i have on there, but maybe its best to remove it

    Hi, hope you can possibly help me, i have xp pro on my laptop, i have installed the latest build version of sp2, when i go to shut down, it just stays at the blue screen, it never did this before i installed sp2. any help would be greatly appreciated
