I've got an odd problem with a user's new laptop in that, in a Citrix session (and only a Citrix session), the arrow keys are stuck in highlight mode. We've made sure sticky keys are turned off, but that still doesn't solve the problem. And, like I said, it only happens in Citrix. Outside of his session, the arrow keys work fine. Any ideas?
