Idle time out is a setting in the Citrix Connection Configuration ...double click the Citrix ICA tcp setting and go to the advance button. Make the changes..hit ok. This will not effect anyone logged on currently. Just new connections from this point on.

Re-formatting the server and re-installing the application worked : ( This custom app was so hard coated in the background to only see the c:\winnt\system32 folder. Mapping to a c:\ or subst didnt even work. Thanks again for your help anyway!!

Its only works in install mode...only people who can see the desktop to put it in install mode are admins. If I put the server in install mode in the admin session, and log in as a user in my own session, application does not work..unless I put that session in install mode.

I had the exact same issue when I went from XPe FR1 to Fr2. Even Citrix was stumped. There is a known issue with Win 2K SP3 and FR2 with a memory leak with the IMA service. I found nothing to fix this and really didnt want to rebuild my boxes. So here is my fix and hope in someway it helps...
