    I have a system that constantly (about once every other day)becomes very slow. Task manager shows LSASS process taking 100% of CPU. Developer can't do a thing and becomes impatient and reboots. Has anyone seen this problem?? This is a windows 2000 system with service pach 2 a PII 500MHz CPU...

    I think you also have to put the PCI Video card in the first PCI slot or it won't work.

    Adding a second processor

    Sithl0rd is correct. I just upgraded two Dell Precision 220's with a second processor and it was a snap. I did reapply service pack 2 just incase .. Everthing has been running fine.. :-)
