Agreed but, We have all current patch levels on the box now but it will still not play the greetings.
THe only reason for this was to get mailbox mgr with forwarding rules.

Had same problem a week or so ago. The problem is actually with the KRS as gberger said. The KRS only says 3.0 no matter what version 3.x you are on. The KRS is wrong a lot...believe me. You could have a situation where a 3.7 hard drive was put into a BCM that was a 3.6 and not actually...
