If you call from a private number you get a click, then a busy.If you un-block your number it works.

All callers with private numbers are blocked from calling in on pri,US Lec tested with T-Bird and say's it's our problem. I am running 7.0 0x32 Pri. Any help. I have worked on Norstar since 1.0, can't figure this one. Tech support is no help.

KSU keeps resetting. When I looked at the phone versions, one would give me old version every time. Changed phone system has not reset in 2 weeks.

I put a ups on the system. I talked with tech support, what I did first was replace ksu and T-1 software. I backed up first system and restored on different ksu and software, same problem, he told me I copied coruption from first to second system.He told Me to default one and re-enter all data...

I also had this happen to me, it's a bad cp 100 we sent it back to nortel.
