    Bingo! FAIL - Reverse DNS entries for MX records ERROR: The IP of one or more of your mail server(s) have no reverse DNS (PTR) entries. I'll contact the ISP and see if we can get this resolved, thanks a lot for your help guys!

    Are you logged on to the machine as a local or domain administrator? If you are, you should be able to take ownership of the files and delete them. If that doesn't work, is there a certain error message you are getting when you attempt to delete the files and folders?
