We have a client who would like to have a manager in their staff be able to utilize the Terminal Services Manager application to monitor and control other employees. This manager is classified as a Domain User in the AD, is it possible through NTFS or group policy to allow this particular...
I am wondering if anyone can help clarify whether a exchange 2000 with outlook mobile access enabled can push/pull TASKS to and from the users mailbox.
So far getting Calendar, Contacts and Inbox items have not been a problem. Every online document by Microsoft states that it should be able to...
Thanks for the heads up. I agree that a NAT -> NAT would be a hassle, so the next step is I need to learn how to reconfigure my Cisco 1700 to, what I believe you call, a pass-through?
Anyone have any how-to docs that specify Cisco command lines and a configuration template for that?
Please excuse my ignorance in this issue.
At my office we have a T1 line from SBC and they provided a Cisco 1700 that currently handles the network NAT. We have 5 public IPs on the outside interface of the CISCO router, the router is configured to NAT those public IPs to a private scheme of...
The problem scenario is that with version 9.1 on a IDE Dell Travan 20/40GB (TR7) the compression isn't working properly.
We have compression enabled on the device, and use hardware/software compression on the job entity.
Below is a cut and paste of the Test run which is reporting a media...
I'm a little unclear on exactly what you mean concerning the domain names, however the migration should be successful regardless of what domain name suffix you are using.
you can test your out bound, however in order to receive email (unless you setup a test domain and add that in your exchange server) you'll need to change the MX records.
Tried that with no success. You know the screen you'll see when installing either the licsenses or running the repair tool that has a list of all the available plugins that you can install and each plugin has the little icon next to it that you can click on to have the application "place" that...
I would like to implement FireFox on one of my clients Windows 2003 Server with Terminal Services in application mode. I have about 20 users who login daily and in their profiles for IE they have all their cookies and favorites.
My question is, if I was to install FireFox and configure it to...
We installed the Demo version of BE 10 on a clients server (windows 2000 sp4) with the IDR, RA and AOFO options. Before installing the license numbers for BE Windows Servers, AOFO, IDR and Remote Agent, the demo version worked perfect. The AOFO ran fine on the local backup server as well as...
Yet another thread concerning Advanced Open File Option...
I started with the evaluation copy of Backup Exec 10 on a client's server (Windows 2000 sp4 / PDC) with AOFO as one of the options utilized. The client agreed to purchase the licenses and proceeded to add four AOFO and Remote Agents...
Any luck on a solution? I am also experiencing the same issue with a clients server.
My message reads that the AOFO is not installed correctly, and I have reinstalled multiple times, and copied the VSP.sys and DLL files to their appropriate locations with no luck.
Heres the fix that worked for me..
just go to your IIS, Default Web Site, the properties of ExchWeb, Directory Security and enable Integrate Windows authentication.
That should do it!
I'm having the same problem, I can see the majority of the menu items, however, no graphics are displaying execpt for the image holders.
Are you getting the same?
Let me know if you've found a resolution.
Thanks
I have just reinstalled my Exchange 2003 server on Windows 2k Server due to some errors with OWA and I was hoping that it would also reolve the issue with incoming email attachments being over 2mb bouncing back with the following error message:
Reason: Remote host said: 421 SMTP service not...
