you can do this by adding the address(s) in your recipient policy. I know that %g.%s@yourdomain.com will give you firstname.lastname@yourdomain.com. There is a helpfile in Exch2000 that gives you all the different variations.
Sorry to tag on the end of this, I know you've resolved this. I believe your initial problem was doen to the fact that you weren't using the transforms file (termsrvr.mst) when installing Office in the first place. We use IMO in a t/s environment quite happily. The transforms file makes the app...
I am not familiar with IPSwitch Imail. Do you use a pop utility to drag your mail from a catchall account, and then the exchange server does the rest? Or does Imail push the mail to your exchange box for distribution? Or does each individual client have their own pop account with Imail?

We have used 802 routers for dial up over ISDN.Although this is not part of your original Q. When we initially set up the router we had nightmares configuring DDR. One of our clients had horrendous 'phone bills because the isdn line was being brought up by uninteresting traffic and routing table...
We had exactly the same problem, and it is still an ongoing problem.
The only way I have temporary resolution is because I went round to each machine and put an entry in the host file pointing to the server. This is obviously not a good solution, fine in a small network(only 15 or so users)but in...
This is gonna sound like a silly Q, but when you set up remote access did you select the nic for your LAN or the nic that connects you to the internet?
Are you able to ras in or is nothing working?
We have just upgraded one of our hosts to version 10.The remote is using a much earlier version and connectivity is fine.So the answer is no you will not have to upgrade
