You could set up duplicate route pattern(s) with some other dialing prefix (such as *679.@). Then make your changes to the Calling Party Transformations on that route pattern.

Or, simply delete the machine name in AD while ghost is in process, then sign in as local administrator and re-add it to the domain. SYSPREP is usually more trouble than it's worth.
