I am using BO to access data in symposium6. The problem is that doesnt seem to be any date functions in symposium. Does anyone know if there is something one can do with the server to get date and time functions?

I need to get length of calls from symposium (server 4.0). I need how many calls were 0-5 min, 5-10 min, 10-15 min and over 15 min or something like that. Does anyone know if this is a possibility?

Sorry to say I didn´t find the ports. Just that it was service pack to that was blocking it. Try some tcpview application to see the ports GRTD is using. With me it appear to be 10000, 30000 to be sure on autoprog an 30005 and 30001 on ngen

I have couple of users having trouble running reports. They are often able to run one report, but have to restart program to be able to run another. Always gives a memory error.
What is strange that two of those got identical computers at the same time, and only one of them is having this...

The problem is, that we don´t want to route them to a specific skillset.
Here is the deal.
We have symposium express. We have 3 main answear groups and about 8 skillsets. The groups are basicly: General, services and billing. General is 24h, services is open...

Has anyone here used symposium to give incoming calls priority over other calls?
I don´t mean to að VIP skillset. Like if there is a que in skillset xxxx, and the numer 5558888 calls in, then it will have priority and is directed in front of other calls in que.
