In Active Directory under the users profile, on his E-mail Address tab, you see his correct email address. Correct?
If so or not, try to create a new address for him and be sure its a SMTP. Does it error out? Already created? What happens?

Currently, as a user starts a new email, they can choose any other user, group, or contact in the default Global Address List.
What I need to do, is change this setting to default to the All Users list.
This will (as the company owner suggests) stop his salesmen from choosing the wrong email...
Excluding all of M will also include all the users mailboxes (MBX). Do we want to trust the users ?!?!?.
How about instead we just exclude Public Folders, In the Symantec System Center? Deal or am I being too laxed?
I loose all appointments from my "All Public Folders - Appointment schedule" within the company mailbox (as seen through Outlook 2000), when ever I need to reboot my exchange 2000 server.

I can tell you from my experience, that my *.edb was 16 mb, and my *.stm was 16 mb on a standard exchange 2000 prior to my defrag. I knew I was close to a disaster when I inhearited the server.
How can I see or set up a daily total of all incomming emails to my exchange 2000 server?
Would a good place to start be in the default SMTP Virtual Server queue?
