You should install power supply in telco room where your station cables are at,wire plus/minus to white/orange pair of station cable on connector block(66/50 block or 110 or etc)and if you have 2 caps daisy chain it to the white/green pair and then use a 6-conductor line cord from wall jack to cap.

Also where you are moving the set to,you have to have a working set already there.The jack must be cross connected to your norstar.

No problem jnix2,if you are still getting not available on feature 86,then you still need program changes.

If your getting auto attendant your in the voice mail,how are you logging in?

Go into feature settings and make sure setings say on-hold:music and background music:y.....check that out.

Feature 86 as long as you have music on hold.
