problem: 2250 will not come out of night mode after power failure. Rings to vmail AA Message ACDN 4300 goes to AA message immediately ncfw is 3560 console shows Idle,night mode is off changed console disabled ,reenabled only way to temp. fix was to take out of ncfw in ld 23 solution?

A good way to diagnose these problems is to spend some time at cust. site watching these guys answer calls to see for yourself if it happens as they say or to make a couple dozen calls to line 002 and make it fail yourself
