    Express doesn't recieve attachments from Outlook 2k

    I can recieve attachments from Outlook Express into Outlook Express but not from Outlook 2k. I have tried sending an attachment with the text setting in 2k as plain text and html with no success. Any Ideas? Thanks. Bob

    Do have Plain text selected. I can send from express and it works fine, but when the attachment is sent through Outlook 2k the attachment is not recieved to the person using Express. I just updated their ie browser to 5.5 as well to update outlook express. Still doesn't recieve attachments...

    Sorry DarkSun, I ran the sub and nothing changed, it did run but so no change. Is there something else I needed to do? How do I know it really did what it was suppose to do? I also am not sure what you mean in changing the name or normal.dot, couldn't find anything in word help on this either...

    I am using word 2000 and have absolutely no menus or toolbars showing in word so I don't have anything to customize or to check/uncheck. I've also tried to click around the screen to find hidden menus or even change size. My other MS Apps are fine. Thanks, Bob
