I don't think his connection would matter because we did it from here to and its doing the same thing. From what is looks like its having a problem resolving the DNS server. But why?!?

Let me see if i can explain this a little better. The customer wants everything that is sent to his domain (example: whatever@domain.com) sent to his private e-mail address. So no matter what the e-mail address, it will all go to his personal e-mail address. Hope i explained this better.
