Have a problem that hopefully someone can help me with, I have a customer that is trying to have his domain name pointed to me by adding my DNS settings (etc. ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com) I already have domains pointing to me with no problem, but this is the first .info site that i will be hosting. Everytime he does a DNS dig everything come up ok but everytime he uses a DNS Check tool program it says that i am not a valid name server. Now i use Reigster.com and he went some that the domain name was cheap for the year. Usally a customer puts in the DNS settings and waits 24 hours and everything is working fine. Here is an expamle of whats happening:

Now i am on a NT 4.0 Server running DNS Server. Can someone please help.

I don't think his connection would matter because we did it from here to and its doing the same thing. From what is looks like its having a problem resolving the DNS server. But why?!?
