Okkie26 - We still want to have the end callers id still pass to the cell phone. I have suggested that but folks want the caller id. I wondered if anyone had luck with adding in a couple of digits to the out going number?
Has anyone been able to find a solution for letting the users know on their cell phone that the call started from the IP Office, rather than it's just a call to their cell phone?
I have customers that would like to have something to let them know where the call started from.

I have a 500v1 running 4.2.11 and VM Pro with a PRI.
While on a call we hit the conference button and add someone into the call, once all parties are on the call nobody can hear anyone.
I can hear the first person and hear the second person but once I conference everyone together everyone is...
So I forgot to backup the voicemail or Export the file, and didn't notice it until after I installed voicemail and opened it up.
All the short codes that point to voicemail still work but I can't see anything inside of Voicemail client. It looks like a fresh install yet all the old recordings...
Does anyone know if in R7 we can connect IP phones to the system without using the VPN client on the phones?
We would like to NAT our system to the outside and have the IP phones to connect like they would in the office. Like the Samsung and Cisco can do.

Thanks, I tried changing over to port 587 and GoDaddy said that is a good port to use but the emails still are not going out.
I have been looking for a program that will let me know what ports are open, any ideas on that?

Having issues sending voicemail to email on any AT&T DSL connections.
If I replace the Internet with a Cell Hot Spot emails go out, but with the AT&T in place it just ques the emails.
Any ideas?? I have this at 2 different locations and the only common is AT&T.
I have the IP routes setup, I also plugged in my DNS settings on the System tab and tried all 0's and my gateway IP.
Still no go.
I opened a case but they have yet to get back with me.?

What they want to know is if any trunks go up or down.
I have setup the SMTP with a GMail account but everytime I get errors when it trys to send out the email.

IP Endpoint. I have the IP line with the IP address of the mvp in there, then i have the ext with the ip address in there and finally a shortcode that says xxx dial xxx line3
