Datasheet clearly states hardware is for Aura, but is there someway this can work with IP Office. Using SIP maybe?

At a client (Release 9) a couple of days ago I set a forwarding number button on a user. Issue is that each time I entered a number which was not one of the extensions or in the directory the save button did not appear!

Have a client with an old IP406 system running 4.2(20), licensed with Voicemail Pro, and a SOE running 4.2(20) no licenses. Units are linked by an H323 line (no license), calls routed using short codes.

We currently made an order of AVAYA 1408 phones for a client of ours. We noticed that the new phones had no printed label under the buttons (like hold, transfer, conference...). is this normal for the new models or is it an issue.. I mean the label print was not done by mistake?!

I have reinstalled the server a couple of times and I always have same symptoms from winSCP for some reason, I am denied access.
Though, I find it easier to have a shared folder. So I guess better this way
OK. After a while testing I concluded the following procedure provides always access to the shared folder created:
1. create a share
2. assign user, give RW permissions
3. restrictions - skip
(if you try to access folder here it wont let you)
4. change password for the user that is going to...
update. after a while this worked.
it seems after I changed password for the created user to a higher difficulty one. (not sure if it was this that solved it though!)
