I would like to ask you if it is possible to swap the specific incoming number into a text (globally-not on particular phone).
For example : if the number xxxxxxxxxx is calling the Avaya system is swapping it into a text and displays as "do not answer" or something similar.

I have a problem with calling via SIP to non existing numbers.
Avaya SBCE + SM1 + SM2, and when i call to non existing number via SM1, and i am getting the 404 Not Found from provider, the SM2 is trying to get the call again, so all my calls are duplicated.

When I call to number "X" in my company, the agent is telling me about the wrong way and transferring my call to VDN "Y", then, when i am connecting with agent which is assigned via skill to VDN "y" but the agent see the full number of this VDN...

You're obviously right about it, checked it many times, and still something is going wrong.
Avaya support suggested to patch, and i've patched, but with no expected results.

Checked it few times. In fact CM is pushing the CPN but it is not recieved at the end of the CTI link. And it cannot be a CRM problem. Instead of ISDN trunks. All is looking well there

When i want to choose a report ( no matter which one ), application crashing immediately.

I administered a new auxwork state with a new reason code (RC) as a auxwork "7", also with adding it to "change reason-code-names".
