I am also quite new to Cognos...but I would say: create normal/basic prompts prompt1, prompt2, prompt3, with the labels above, ask for user input...and then inside the report: apply filters to your calculations 'Days in Inventory Avail'>prompt1 (20), etc. Cheers Miki

If I create a new simple crosstab report, which goes over more pages, it shows only one time the headers of the rows/columns. So I dont know what you did...maybe you grouped them...or updated some properties. Have you tried to create a completely new simple crosstab? Cheers miki
