Transpoze data

Hi

I have the following data:

weekno field1 field2 field3
week1 value1 value2 value3
week2 value4 value5 value6

I would like to show the data trasponzed (as you are able to do in Excel by clicking on copy-paste special and transpose:

weekno week1 week2
field1 value1 value4
field2 value2 value5
field3 value3 value6

Is there any predefined option in BOXI to do this?

You could try your luck by formatting the details section with multiple columns (see section expert, near the bottom for detail section. And the new layout tab you get after clicking this option).

Otherwise I dont think it is possible as crystal likes the vertical processing...

Sorry, I meant "CrossTab". Just add the different fields as different rows.

Hi all

Thanks for the answers.

So far I managed to show them in the footer of the report (because the values I want to show are percentiles on a group) and then export them (with option: maintaining position of the values) to Excel and run another report based on this intermediary excel file.
Or I can try to transfer this data from a subreport to main report as suggested above.

I thought about the multiple columns but didnt try yet. I will give it a shot.
