Is your sample.html in the same directory as your .swf file? Make sure they are in the same folder, in the same section. And then on your button put:
on (release) {
getURL("sample.html", "_blank");
}
That works for me.
Hope this helps,

Right now its an editable region. So I made the changes on the template, but since it's an editable region it doesn't affect any of the pages that the template is attached to. I tried doing Modify-Templates-Remove Template Markup, but when I do that it's neither an editable or a non-editable...
Everyone that has told me about prices has said to find out what the average plumber makes an hour, and thats what you charge per hour. Let me give you this hint though, don't do any favors. I had someone that I work with ask me to do a "very simple website with only a few pages" so I agreed...
Sorry to reply.. but I really need to solve this issue. Can someone please help me with this. I need to make an editable region, non-editable, and still be able to make changes in the template and update it across all the pages.
Thanks,

I messed up bigtime on my template and accidentaly made a page editable that should not be. Is there a way to switch it back to non-editable? I still need that non-editable section to update all pages if I make a change on the template.
Thanks,

I'll try to explain this the best that I can, hopefully someone will be able to understand this. I'm trying to create an effect with a reflection. This is how my layers are set up. Frame rate: 30fps.
Actions: refl_mc.setMask(mask_mc);
Mask

>Reflection Mask (mask_mc)...

Alright, I can't figure out phpmailer because I don't have the smtp information, because this is being hosted by a person who hosts several different companies, so she can't give me any of the hosting information. So I tried several different things - 0 effective. I have no clue whats going...
I'm lost again. Like I said before I never tried anything before because godaddy provides the scripts. I don't even know what php.ini is. But the one I'm testing on is hosted by godaddy. Its windows based, not linux. I don't know what MTA is. I'm trying to go through phpmailer now. It...
Ok, I guess bellsouth didn't allow php scripts, which is why it was not displaying the next page. I changed it to a different host and tried it. I added this header("Location: http://www.dlfmedia.com/thankyou.html"); below the mail($to, $subject, $body, "from:".$from); section, and when I...

Thanks everyone for all of your help. I was reading a bunch about php today from w3, and with your help it's starting to make some sense. It is much appreciated.

I want to apologize in advance for being so difficult. I'm sure you've probably answered the question in the simplest terms, but I just want to double check something real quick. Here is my form:
<form id="contactForm" name="contactForm" method="post" action="">
<table width="450"...
I think you misunderstood me. I was using server scripts that were already made. I still want to use server technology, I just don't know how to build the script by myself.
thanks,
