You need to make two different queris and one form with the wame filed names. Unless you had put the criterias in the form on a different line to make and OR statement instead of an AND statement. If this is the case email me back and I will helo you write the code.

Is ths subreport suppose to relate to the master area of the report? If not, then what is your purpose in putting a non related report into one another? If you are trying to pass parameter, I suggest doing it in a saved query. Can you verify my question first please?

The best thing to do is to do an update query and put the name in each of the records after importing. I am assuming you are just trying to tag each record so you know where they came from.

I liked what Ken wrote.
The big question is are using bound forms or unbound forms. Unbound works well and you can control the record locking through VBA. If you are using bound, then I do not reccomend splitting out yet. Ken or I can help you write this code, but maintainance will come into...
If you have a trusted shared area for these companies you can do this. If not I reccomend that the admin build on. DOing replication has not been Access strong point. To do data updating and appending would be a nightmare. Give me and email if you want to talk with you info.
