We installed this system 18 months ago and have been pulling reports every week. Recently we notice we can not pull reports before May 12, 2007. Is there a time period that does not allow reports to be pulled anymore? Any suggestions on whrere those reports may have went?

Thanks for the response Jamie2, I found the problem. It was an old route that the calls were defaulting to and the trunks were disconnected by telco last week. Once I removed these trunks from the RLB the call are now going thru.
