Customer has IPO 6.1 in Partner mode with Partner sets. system goes in night mode without user activating. user turns button off and then latter notices that button is lite up and calls are being answered by auto-attendant.
Customer has release 8.1 control unit at site A, IP phones at site B, just added site C with IP phones. Calls from Site A to B work fine, calls from Site A to C work fine. No talk path on calls from site C to B. They are using 1608 IP Phones and VPN appliance at remote sites B & C.
My customer is complaining about cutoffs on their 4406 phones when using the speakerphone. They have an older 406 and digital 16s & 30s, and are running the last 5 release software. They have had the system for many years and state they have never had cutoffs until a couple of months ago.
Customer has 406 4.2 software. Customer said their extension use to display on out bound calls. They state carrier is not blocking it. Checked programming everything looks correct. ARS route for each ext is built with NSi817756xxxx for each ext. Any ideas.

What do we need for 911 calling from remote IP Phones. Main unit will be IP500V2 with a PRI. There will be 2 remote sites that will have 4 IP Phones at each site. These sites are in different towns than the main site.
