The gdi32.dll file is newer because it is installed by citrix, this is not the file that comes with windows 2000.

The patch qo06202 or qo13760 has nothing to do with this problem. This is a fix for bricks level backup. The problem occurs only if the information store has been included in the job. The exchange backup agent has been setup correctly: a disaster recovery works.
I did some test:
If I select or deselect some folder or files and submit the job, there is no problem.
If I include the Information Store in the job, Arcserve disappears when submitting the job. It works with bricks level.
